I would like to see a template that would make it easier for an indie musician to use Expression Engine to promote his/her music. That would entail such things as event calendars, blogs, music samples, and the ability to sell CDs and downloads. It would be great if the template was dynamic in such a way that it could “grow” as the artist’s needs change.

I’d really love to see a developers template that lets a dev start out with a nice, clean starting point that they could then build upon. It seems before any EE project I go through a lot of the same steps over and over before I even start anything unique to the project.
I realize of course that this would be near impossible as every dev likely has different needs and making a starter dev template that would appeal to a large enough of people would be tough.
